At Tech Trek Academy, we invest significant resources to prepare and deliver a quality learning experience. Because each cohort has limited seats, tuition refunds are limited and time-bound.

💰 Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Before the first class: 90% refund.
Within 14 days of the first class: 75% refund.
After 14 days: No refunds will be issued.

All refund requests must:

Be submitted via email to support@techtrekacademy.com,
Include your full name, cohort start date, and reason for withdrawal.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Setup fees, course materials, or third-party platform access (e.g., W3Schools or community tools)
Missed sessions or voluntary withdrawal after 14 days

3. Transfers or Deferrals

We may allow a one-time transfer to a future cohort at our discretion if communicated before week 4 of the program.

4. Final Agreement

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

You have read and understood this Refund Policy.
After 14 days from your cohort's start date, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
Enrollment constitutes acceptance of this policy in full.
