At Tech Trek Academy, we invest significant resources to prepare and deliver a quality learning experience. Because each cohort has limited seats, tuition refunds are limited and time-bound.

💰 Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Before the first class: 90% refund.
  • Within 14 days of the first class: 75% refund.
  • After 14 days: No refunds will be issued.

All refund requests must:

  • Be submitted via email to support@techtrekacademy.com,
  • Include your full name, cohort start date, and reason for withdrawal.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Setup fees, course materials, or third-party platform access (e.g., W3Schools or community tools)
  • Missed sessions or voluntary withdrawal after 14 days

3. Transfers or Deferrals

We may allow a one-time transfer to a future cohort at our discretion if communicated before week 4 of the program.

4. Final Agreement

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood this Refund Policy.
  • After 14 days from your cohort's start date, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
  • Enrollment constitutes acceptance of this policy in full.
