🧾 Terms and Conditions
1. Enrollment & Tuition
Enrollment in Tech Trek Academy becomes effective upon receipt of payment in full or an approved payment plan. Tuition covers access to live classes, labs, community groups, and course materials hosted through W3Schools and our online student portal.
2. Payment & Refunds
Tuition payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. By enrolling, you acknowledge that your tuition secures a seat in the cohort and contributes to course delivery costs regardless of your participation level.
Refunds are available only under the following conditions:
- Before the first class: 90% refund of tuition paid.
- Within 14 days of the first class: 75% refund of tuition paid.
- After 14 days: No refunds will be issued for any reason.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@techtrekacademy.com. Refund eligibility is based on the date your written notice is received.
3. Program Access & Conduct
Students agree to:
- Attend scheduled classes and complete assigned work.
- Treat instructors and peers respectfully within our community spaces.
- Refrain from sharing course materials publicly or redistributing proprietary content.
Tech Trek Academy reserves the right to remove participants who violate community guidelines or disrupt the learning environment. Removal due to conduct violations is not eligible for a refund.
4. Course Materials
Tech Trek Academy uses W3Schools' publicly available curriculum as a learning foundation, supplemented by proprietary labs, projects, and mentorship. You are granted access for educational use only. Copying, distributing, or reproducing these materials outside the program is prohibited.
5. Technology Requirements
Students are responsible for maintaining:
- A reliable computer and internet connection
- Browser access compatible with W3Schools and our learning portal
- The ability to join virtual classrooms and live sessions
6. Limitation of Liability
Tech Trek Academy and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Program is governed by the Refund Policy.
7. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting.
