Tech Trek Academy respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website and services to do the same.
1. Copyright Ownership
Unless otherwise indicated, all content published by Tech Trek Academy—including text, videos, graphics, source code, curriculum, presentations, downloads, logos, branding, images, and recordings—is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe material on our website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing:

Upon receipt of a valid copyright complaint, Tech Trek Academy may:

- Request additional information
- Take other appropriate action as permitted by law
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a written counter-notification including:
- Your contact information
- Identification of the removed material
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court
- Your signature
We will review all counter-notifications and respond as appropriate.
5. Repeat Infringers
Tech Trek Academy reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts belonging to users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
6. Student Materials
Students retain ownership of original projects they independently create during the bootcamp.
Students grant Tech Trek Academy only the limited rights described in the applicable Enrollment Agreement or Website Terms of Service.
Nothing in this policy transfers ownership of student-created intellectual property to Tech Trek Academy.
7. Reporting Unauthorized Distribution of Academy Content
If you discover Tech Trek Academy course materials, videos, recordings, or downloads being distributed without authorization, please contact us using the address below.
We appreciate reports that help protect the value of our educational content.
